At The Lullaby Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked courier to send the parcel to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
